Veselka helped me buy my first investment property. The property purchase transaction was a bit complicated, and it wouldn't have gone through if we had followed the routine paperwork, but Veselka identified the issue and helped me find an alternative solution. She acted quickly and we were able to close the deal. 2 years later, I hired her to be my rental agent because my tenant was moving out. She did an amazing job. It was in the middle of the pandemic, and my old tenant was being extremely difficult. Veselka managed to find a new tenant by showing the apartment only using video conference. After the old tenant moved out, we found that he had completely trashed the place. Veselka coordinated all the repairs and cleaning, and kept me and the new tenant up to date on the progress. She took photos of all the damages and sent them to me in a timely manner. I could count on her to represent me and have my interest when talking to the tenants (old or new).
